Analysing 'Happy People' By Static Revenge..

This music video is also from 'Static Revenge'. I have chosen to look at this music video as I feel that i need to research into Static Revenger to understand what his music is about, therefore I will have an idea towards making my own music video.This music video is very cartoon like, the characters shown within the video are all shown in a cartoon-like way. The camera angles throughout this music video are all very smiliar, with occasional change from long shot to medium shot or close up. The mise en scene within this music video is vary varied, there are characters wearing beach wear, tracksuits as well as people wearing casual clothing. In this video there are people dancing and having a good time, this is because the name of the song is 'happy people' therefore the idea is to present people being happy and loving their lifes. There are many different effects used within this music video, however they are all technological effects, where the backgrounds of the video either flashes or changes. There is also use of text used within this music video, which pops up at random intervals during the song. There is use of editing techniques such as split screen,cross cut, cut and fade in and out. Overall I felt that this music video wasn't as good as the 'I like that' video as it wasn't as catchy and interesting.
